Middtjylland Winger Eduard Chipolopolo Agrees to Join Hapoel Jerusalem
Eduard Chipolopolo, a winger for Danish club Midtjylland, has reached an agreement with Israeli Premier League team Hapoel Jerusalem. Chipolopolo is known to Israeli football fans for scoring against Maccabi Tel Aviv in a 2-0 victory for Midtjylland during the 2024/25 Europa League season.
The transfer is not yet finalized, and Chipolopolo has not yet arrived in Israel. The deal is expected to be completed in the coming days. This season, Chipolopolo has not yet played, but last season he recorded three assists and one goal in 23 appearances across all competitions for Midtjylland.
Overall, Chipolopolo has scored 13 goals and provided 11 assists in 114 games for Midtjylland. He has previously been loaned to Swedish clubs Hacken and Djurgardens IF. He also plays for the Zambian national team, where he has scored one goal in 21 appearances. His last international match was in October 2025.
