Elderly Pedestrian Critically Injured in Acre Vehicle Collision
An approximately 70-year-old pedestrian sustained critical injuries after being struck by a vehicle in Acre on Thursday. Emergency medical teams from United Hatzalah provided initial treatment at the scene.
Paramedics Shimon Hatuel and Camus Saada reported that the victim suffered head injuries. Following treatment, he was transported to the hospital for further medical care. United Hatzalah stated that the incident occurred on Golani Brigade Street.
The injured man's condition was described as serious upon arrival at the hospital. Hatuel and Saada added, "We provided him with initial medical assistance at the scene and then he was evacuated to the hospital, with his condition currently defined as serious."
