Ben Gvir's Party Distributes Praising Book to Students on School Opening Day

Activists from Otzma Yehudit, led by National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir, distributed his children's book, "The Minister Who Didn't Stop," to parents and students at school entrances across Israel on the morning of the academic year's opening day. The book reportedly praises Ben Gvir's tenure as minister.

The Movement for Quality of Government in Israel filed a petition and requested an injunction against the distribution, following a report by Ynet detailing the plan. The petition argued that the distribution constituted election propaganda, particularly given the upcoming elections.

However, Central Elections Committee Chairman Justice Noam Sohlberg rejected the petition overnight, allowing the book distribution to proceed. The decision cleared the way for the books to be handed out to students and parents as planned.
