Chimpanzees at Ramat Gan Safari React to New Fan Installation

On Sunday, keepers at the Ramat Gan Safari introduced a new fan into the chimpanzee enclosure, eliciting a surprising and vocal reaction from the primates. The chimpanzees, known for their complex communication skills, emitted special vocalizations in response to the unfamiliar object. Observers noted clear communication among the group members as they processed the new addition to their environment.

Remarkably, gibbons from a neighboring enclosure also joined in the vocalizations, appearing to respond to and interact with the chimpanzees. This interspecies communication highlights the advanced social and communicative abilities of the animals at the safari.
