Belz Rebbe Stops to Bless Deputy Knesset Speaker at Grand Wedding Celebration
On Wednesday evening, hundreds of Belz Hasidim gathered to celebrate the wedding of the Belz Rebbe's first granddaughter. As the crowd eagerly awaited the Rebbe's entrance into the large hall, a rare and touching moment occurred in the foyer. The Belz Rebbe paused specifically to warmly bless Limor Son Har-Melech, Deputy Speaker of the Knesset and member of the Otzma Yehudit party, who was attending the event. He wished her abundant success in all her endeavors.
Limor Son Har-Melech was invited as a personal guest of honor by the Rebbetzin of Belz, alongside the leadership of the caucus advocating for Haredi women. This special invitation stemmed from close cooperation within the "Aspaklaria" leadership program initiated by Son Har-Melech and managed by Dr. Malkhali Bloy Hanuka, which focuses on the needs of the Haredi and religious communities.
Most of the hundreds of Hasidim inside the hall were unaware of this rare blessing until the exclusive footage was published by Kikar HaShabbat. The event highlighted the ongoing collaboration between political figures and Haredi leadership to support women in the ultra-Orthodox sector.
