Tali Gottlieb Claims Former Military Advocate Holds Extensive Information on Ex-Legal Advisor Mayara

Tali Gottlieb accused the former military advocate general, who still holds the rank of major general, of possessing extensive information about the dismissed legal advisor Mayara and her close associates. Gottlieb alleged that various officials conspired to protect the former advocate general and ease her situation, describing it as a form of mutual corruption within the senior civil service.

Gottlieb also criticized the top echelons of the civil service, accusing them of collusion and corruption. She expressed strong disapproval of IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Zamir, stating that if she were defense minister, she would have dismissed him for his disrespect toward the government and Prime Minister Netanyahu, and for spreading political messages that weaken the government.

Additionally, Gottlieb criticized Mossad chief David Winter for not opposing what she called "civil service rule" and for failing to acknowledge that the Israeli Supreme Court harmed national security and the IDF's strength. While praising Winter as a great commander, she claimed he is unable to speak out against the military and intelligence leadership and described him as a polite right-wing figure favored by the left.
