Netanyahu Warns Right-Wing Voters Against Splitting Votes Ahead of Elections

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a strong warning to right-wing voters on Tuesday evening, cautioning against the fragmentation of the nationalist camp ahead of the upcoming elections. Speaking at an event in Binyamin, Netanyahu emphasized that the main threat to the right-wing bloc does not come from the left but from within the right itself. "The left cannot bring down the right. Only the right can bring down the right," he declared.

Netanyahu specifically addressed small right-wing parties and figures such as Moshe Feiglin, Ofer Winter, and MK Avi Maoz, stating he held no personal issues with them but framed their independent runs as a national problem. He warned that parties failing to pass the electoral threshold would waste votes, and even those that do pass could weaken other right-wing factions due to vote splitting.

The prime minister urged these smaller parties to either disband or unite with existing right-wing parties, framing such a move as a national responsibility. "If you care about the Land of Israel and the people of Israel, this is what you must do," he said. Netanyahu aimed to refocus the election discourse on bloc strength rather than ideological expression, stressing that vote splitting could dramatically affect election outcomes and the formation of the next government.

Concluding his remarks, Netanyahu stated, "Anyone who truly wants to secure Israel's future must understand that no one else can guarantee it. If we do this together, we will win."
