Leading Israeli Rabbis Install Donation Screens at Home Entrances to Support Torah Fund

In recent days, several prominent rabbis in Bnei Brak have installed electronic donation screens at the entrances to their homes. These devices, set up last Friday evening, enable immediate contributions to the 'Olam HaTorah Fund,' a charity supporting Torah study. The screens were placed at the homes of leading Torah figures including Rabbi David Lando, Rabbi Moshe Hirsch, Rabbi Matzliach Bergman, and Rabbi David Fubarski. During the installation, the rabbis personally engaged with the new technology, even making donations themselves.

The presence of these screens has attracted attention from local residents who noticed the installation teams and the new devices at the rabbis' doorsteps. This initiative follows a call from these Torah leaders urging every Jew to participate in supporting the fund during challenging times. The goal is to facilitate immediate donations from anyone visiting these rabbis' homes.

This effort complements a broader campaign encouraging synagogue wardens across Israel to integrate the Olam HaTorah donation module into the main screens of existing donation stations such as "Nedarim Plus" and "Kehilot." Hundreds of wardens have already added this feature in their synagogues and institutions, with ongoing outreach to others to join the initiative. Community wardens who have not yet joined are invited to contact the organizers via email to participate.
