Three Engagement Celebrations Mark Joyous Evening for Gur Hasidic Dynasty

A triple celebration took place in the Gur Hasidic community as three engagements were announced within hours, all linked to the family of the late Maran 'Pnei Menachem' of Gur. The first engagement was held Thursday evening in Ashdod for Pinchas Menachem Alter, a leading student at the Pnei Menachem yeshiva in Jerusalem. He is the son of Rabbi Israel Mordechai Alter, a senior lecturer and community rabbi in Beit Shemesh, and grandson of Rabbi Yitzchak David Alter, son of the late Maran Rebbe.

Shortly after, another engagement was celebrated for Yehuda Aryeh Leib Morgenstern, son of Rabbi Shaul Morgenstern, the chief supervisor at a yeshiva in Ashdod's H neighborhood. Yehuda is the grandson of Rabbi Berel Lipel, son-in-law of the late Maran Pnei Menachem, and his bride is the daughter of philanthropist Rabbi Avraham Gutsman, a member of the Gur institutions' leadership in Jerusalem.

Simultaneously, a third engagement was celebrated for Yitzchak Meir Look, a prominent student at the Maor Yisrael yeshiva in Bnei Brak and son of Rabbi Ephraim Look from Ashdod. His bride is the daughter of Rabbi Avraham Mordechai Alter of Jerusalem, son of Rabbi Yaakov Meir Alter, himself a son of the late Pnei Menachem of Gur. These successive joyous events brought great happiness to the family and the Gur Hasidim, who wished the couples success in building their homes in Israel with joy and blessing.
