Israeli Crime Boss Yossi Mosli Released Amid Lack of Evidence in Stabbing Case
Yossi Mosli, head of a criminal organization, was released by the Magistrate's Court on Thursday after being detained earlier this week on suspicion of assault and involvement in a stabbing outside his home in Savion. The judge criticized the police for failing to present evidence linking Mosli to the incident, contradicting police claims that suspicion against him had intensified. Mosli was arrested on Sunday following a police report about a fight outside his residence. Alongside Mosli, three other suspects were also detained at the scene. The stabbing victim, who was hospitalized in moderate condition, was also arrested. Prior to his arrest, Mosli had been under house arrest at his home due to a recently issued administrative restraining order by the Tel Aviv District Court, marking the first such order against a Jewish crime boss.
