Avi Kachon, Partner of News Anchor Magi Tabibi, Appointed Spokesperson for Harish Municipality

Avi Kachon, the partner of Channel 14 news anchor Magi Tabibi, has embarked on a new career path as the spokesperson for the city of Harish. Recently selected through a competitive process, Kachon will lead the municipality's communications, public relations, and information efforts. Originally from Pardes Hanna, he served for about ten years as a council member in his hometown.

Kachon has a long history in the media industry, starting as a press photographer after studying photography. Since 2016, he has worked in television, hosting various programs across different channels, and has also been involved in radio and Israeli music criticism. His relationship with Tabibi was publicly revealed only a few months ago after they kept it private for a long time.

Recently, the couple took a break from work for a vacation, during which Tabibi shared moments from their trip on social media, explaining her previous reluctance to post due to the difficult situation in Israel. This appointment marks a significant transition for Kachon from media to municipal communications.
