New Affordable Building Plots Available in Dror-Hiran Settlement Starting at 250,000 NIS

A new construction group is forming to purchase and develop building plots in Dror (Hiran), a rapidly growing settlement in the northern Negev near Yatir Forest. The area is experiencing accelerated development supported by government investments, attracting around 2,400 new families who see it as a promising future home.
