Veteran Journalist Rina Matzliach Launches New Book at Age 70

At 70 years old, veteran Israeli journalist and media personality Rina Matzliach announced the release of a deeply personal new book. The book, which she has been working on for a year and a half, is based on her successful podcast series "Mom, Dad, and Me." Matzliach selected 20 conversations out of the 80 she conducted on the podcast to compile into the book. She described the content as an emotional mosaic reflecting the generation of parents, many of whom are immigrants. In a heartfelt post, Matzliach shared her excitement about the book going to print and dedicated the work to her parents, who inspired the project. Additionally, she briefly referenced a recent incident in the Knesset where she said, "I gave him a slap."
