Two Young Children Suffer Serious Head Injuries in Separate Falls in Hadera

Two separate incidents involving young children falling from playground equipment occurred in Hadera, Israel, resulting in serious head injuries. In the first case, a one-and-a-half-year-old girl fell from an electric ride-on toy on Adnei Paz Street. Emergency medical teams found her conscious but with a severe head injury. She received initial treatment including bandaging and bleeding control before being transported by ambulance and intensive care unit to Rambam Hospital in Haifa. Her condition was described as serious. Paramedics Elimelech Michalovitz and Yosef Haim Malka reported arriving quickly and finding the child lying on the road with a severe head trauma.

In the second incident, another girl about one and a half years old fell from playground equipment at a shopping center in Hadera. The event was reported to Magen David Adom's emergency line at 17:03. Paramedics provided lifesaving treatment and evacuated her to Rambam Hospital while she was semi-conscious and suffering from a severe head injury. Paramedics Yonatan Yankelvitz and Elimelech Michalovitz stated the child fell from approximately one meter height and was in serious condition upon evacuation.

Both children were treated by Magen David Adom teams and taken to Rambam Hospital for further care. The incidents highlight the dangers of playground equipment and the critical response by emergency services in Hadera.
