Israeli Police Seize About 80 Cattle Intruding on Golani Base Firing Zone
Israeli Border Police detectives from the Coastal Central Unit confiscated approximately 80 heads of cattle that had entered a live-fire zone at the Golani Brigade base, disrupting IDF training exercises. The operation was conducted after a focused intelligence-gathering period using advanced technological and operational methods. The cattle were found in two herds inside the firing zone, suspected to belong to residents of Muawiya and Ein Ibrahim near Umm al-Fahm. The animals were transferred to quarantine in the Dor settlement area. The owners were interrogated by the Border Police Central Unit in cooperation with the Central Enforcement and Investigation Unit of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security. Enforcement measures and fines are expected as conditions for the return of the cattle. This action aims to prevent further disruptions to military training caused by unauthorized livestock incursions.
