Reality Star Yanki Goldhaber Reveals Near Wedding and Sudden Breakup
Yanki Goldhaber, a former reality TV contestant, recently disclosed that he was very close to getting married but the relationship ended abruptly. Speaking on his Instagram account, Goldhaber said he truly felt he had found his soulmate, but the connection "just ended all at once." Following the unexpected breakup, he decided to take some time off to enjoy life, celebrate, and rediscover himself. Despite the setback, Goldhaber expressed hope to enter a serious relationship again soon, emphasizing that availability is a key value for him in a partnership.
Goldhaber also opened up last month about having experienced sexual extortion twice, which he described as "rape" in a non-physical sense involving manipulative online interactions and threats. He clarified that he was not physically assaulted but was blackmailed with intimate conversations and threats to release private messages unless he paid money. This ordeal took a significant emotional toll, and he admitted it was difficult to speak about it publicly.
Goldhaber first gained fame as the first ultra-Orthodox contestant on a reality show three years ago. Shortly after, he enlisted in the Israel Defense Forces and, after several attempts, successfully completed a command course. He encourages others to keep dreaming and never give up, sharing his own journey as an example.
