A man sustained injuries in a violent incident near Nahalim Junction on Route 40. Emergency medical teams from United Hatzalah provided on-site treatment, including stopping bleeding and dressing wounds. The first responders, paramedics Avi Miara and Meir Friedman, reported that the man suffered penetrating injuries to his body. After initial treatment, he was transported to Beilinson Hospital, where his condition is currently classified as moderate.
