New York City Mayor Eric Adams continues to enjoy high overall approval ratings in the city, yet he faces significant disapproval from the Jewish community regarding his comments on Israel. A recent statewide poll reveals a stark divide: 66 percent of Jewish voters in New York hold a negative view of Adams, while only 26 percent view him positively. The Siena College poll, conducted between August 3 and 6 among 811 likely voters in New York State, shows Adams with a 47 percent favorable rating overall, compared to 44 percent unfavorable. The poll has a margin of error of 4.2 percentage points.
