Yahadut HaTorah Denies Split Rumors Ahead of Israeli Elections

Political commentator Yaakov Rivlin suggested that the ultra-Orthodox party Yahadut HaTorah might run in the upcoming Israeli elections as a technical bloc but split into two separate factions afterward, each negotiating coalition agreements independently. However, Member of Knesset Yitzhak Pindrus from Degel HaTorah strongly rejected these claims in a radio interview with Kol Chai, calling the reports insignificant and urging the public to remain calm. Pindrus criticized the media for creating sensational stories to attract attention and dismissed talk of internal primaries or changes in party lists, emphasizing that the party is guided by senior rabbinic leadership and no changes are expected.

Regarding relations with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Pindrus acknowledged that Netanyahu "clearly did not deliver" but stressed that decisions about future partnerships will be made only after the election results and according to the spiritual leadership's guidance.
