Tzach Bar Steps Down From Tel Aviv's Iconic The Teder Nightlife Venue

Tzach Bar, a key figure in Tel Aviv's nightlife and one of the founders of The Teder, announced his departure from the group and venue after more than 15 years. Bar shared the news on Facebook, reflecting on the journey that began as an experimental event in a small alley and grew into a major cultural hub in the city. He expressed pride in the accomplishments and described The Teder and its affiliated venues, including Port Said, Romano, Noaiva, and Kissa, as his "children." Bar emphasized his intention to continue working in the cultural and music scenes, hoping for a rebirth and renewal within the community. The Teder started in 2010 as a temporary summer event combining radio, music, and food, eventually becoming a central part of Tel Aviv's cultural and nightlife landscape, spawning multiple venues and initiatives that significantly shaped the city's music and nightlife scene.
