Silman and her partner, Shmulik, recalled the tragic loss of twin fetuses due to medical negligence, a memory she finds painful to revisit and prefers to keep from her children who were listening. She expressed deep grief over the losses, stating, "I mourned them, and every miscarriage was hard. I am not to blame for any of it." In the same interview, Silman also responded sharply to a lawsuit filed by Naftali Bennett, telling him to "take a sedative."
