Electric Company Worker Rescues Exhausted Stork in 41-Degree Heat on Mount Tzin

During maintenance work on high-voltage power lines near Mount Tzin, an electric company employee noticed a stork struggling and exhausted in the intense heat of approximately 41 degrees Celsius. Instead of continuing his work, the employee approached the bird, provided it with water, and placed a sunshade over it to protect it from the harsh sun. He then contacted the Nature and Parks Authority and stayed with the stork until an inspector arrived. After the bird recovered somewhat, it was taken for further care.
