Senior IRGC Advisor Calls for Smart Offensive Operations Inside Enemy Territory

Mohammad Reza Nekadi, an advisor to the commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), emphasized the need for the organization to prepare for "smart operations" within enemy territory. He stated that whenever the situation demands, the IRGC must be capable of expanding its activities deep into enemy lands and conducting missions far beyond Iran's borders. Nekadi described this approach as a key feature of the offensive doctrine that the IRGC must implement. He asserted that the IRGC should be able to operate against its enemies anywhere and at any time the circumstances require.
