Former Fugitive Sarulik Einhorn Linked to Defense Minister Katz's Primary Election Videos
Israel's Defense Minister, Israel Katz, recently uploaded several videos related to his primary election campaign, which were reportedly created with the involvement of multiple individuals, including his spokesperson and advisors. However, a key figure behind these videos is Sarulik Einhorn, who is classified by the police as a fugitive criminal, according to a first report by Channel 13 News on Tuesday evening. Katz and Einhorn had collaborated prior to Einhorn's criminal issues, and it appears they may still be in contact.
Due to the presence of soldiers, including Chief of Staff Herzi Zamir, in the videos, Katz removed them following a demand from the Elections Committee. The Defense Minister's office denies any connection to Einhorn, and attempts to obtain a response from Einhorn were unsuccessful.
