Military Prosecution Warns Trial of Nukhba Terrorists May Be Delayed by Two Years

However, this schedule depends on the continued work of the current team. The military prosecution emphasized the unprecedented volume of evidence, describing it as "mountains of material," which requires extensive preparation by a large, skilled team before indictments can be finalized.

Without transferring the prosecutors to the military prosecution, the entire process risks a significant delay of at least two years, substantially postponing the terrorists' trial.
