Free Online Life-Saving Course Launched Following Summer Tragedies in Israel

In response to a series of tragic accidents during the summer period known as Bein Hazmanim, the project '0' together with the website 'Skulo' have launched a free online life-saving course. This initiative aims to equip the public with essential emergency response skills to prevent further loss of life.

Recent incidents highlighted the urgent need for such training, including the drowning of Rabbi Arush's 4-year-old grandson in Mexico, a dramatic rescue of a child trapped in a mixer in Jerusalem, and the fatal crushing of the cantor Avishai Levi in Jerusalem. Additionally, a 7-month-old infant tragically died from choking in Bnei Brak.

These events have underscored the importance of immediate and effective life-saving actions. The free online course is designed to be accessible to all, providing critical knowledge that could save lives in emergencies. The organizers hope this educational effort will reduce the number of preventable deaths during future incidents.
