Israeli Technology Powers Award-Winning Non-Alcoholic Austrian Wine in US Market

The Austrian wine brand Zeronimo, produced using Israeli technology from the Prodalim Group, won first place in USA TODAY's 10Best 2026 readers' choice awards for Best Non-Alcoholic Wine. Prodalim developed the SOLOS technology, which removes alcohol from wine while preserving its original aromas and body without artificial flavors. Zeronimo wines are made from 50 to 90-year-old Austrian grapevines, including Grüner Veltliner and Zweigelt varieties.

Prodalim, specializing in natural ingredients and solutions for the beverage and food industries, initially launched SOLOS in Germany and has recently expanded its operations to Spain, the United States, and Switzerland. The US award highlights Prodalim's success in creating non-alcoholic wines that maintain authentic wine characteristics rather than resembling sweet juice.

This recognition strengthens Prodalim's position in the growing global non-alcoholic beverage market and supports its ongoing international expansion efforts.
