Nitay Daniel and Linoy Siboni, members of the entertainment team at the Fattal hotel chain in Eilat, face demanding daily routines far from the glamorous vacation image seen by guests. While visitors enjoy a relaxed summer atmosphere, the staff work long, exhausting hours requiring full dedication. Their busy schedule includes continuous activities by the pool and intense rehearsals for shows that extend late into the night. Siboni described their workday in an interview with "HaOlam HaBoker," saying, "We really work around the clock from morning to night, rehearsing shows and organizing activities for all guests."

Contrary to assumptions that hotel entertainment might be amateurish, the team produces complex, highly professional shows. Daniel emphasized the significant artistic effort involved, noting, "We put on productions at an international level, with elaborate costumes, sets, lighting, and various new techniques."
