Fiverr Cancels Move to Wix Campus in Glilot, Ending Major Office Lease Deal

Fiverr has canceled its planned office lease at the Wix campus in Glilot, according to reports from Globes. The deal would have seen Fiverr rent approximately 4,500 square meters within the Wix campus, with an option to expand in the future. Wix was offering this space as a sublease within its 60,000-square-meter Glilot campus, which it has been partially leasing out since 2022 following a long-term lease agreement with Israel Canada.

Currently, Fiverr operates from a 4,000-square-meter space at Beit HaIkarim on Kaplan Street in Tel Aviv. With its existing lease nearing expiration, the company had been exploring larger office options to accommodate anticipated growth. However, the reasons behind the cancellation of the Wix campus lease have not been disclosed, and neither Fiverr nor Wix have provided official comments.

It remains unclear whether the two companies will resume negotiations in the future or if Fiverr will pursue alternative real estate solutions. The Wix campus deal was considered one of the prominent office leasing arrangements in the area, highlighting shifts in the commercial real estate market.
