Israeli Comedian Guy Hochman Claims Wanted in Thailand Over 'War Crimes' Stickers

Israeli comedian Guy Hochman revealed that stickers accusing him of 'war crimes' were posted in Thailand, making him feel 'wanted' there. Hochman, known for entertaining IDF soldiers in Gaza, shared the incident on his Instagram, expressing no regret for his actions and stating he would do it again even if it meant never returning to Thailand. He humorously acknowledged minor offenses he committed in Thailand, such as visiting a local supermarket just for the air conditioning, and concluded with a lighthearted readiness to face imprisonment.

The stickers appeared amid ongoing tensions related to Hochman's support for Israeli troops. His followers responded with support, some condemning the accusations and reminding others of the recent attack in Thailand on October 7, which left 49 Thai civilians dead and 23 kidnapped. Others expressed affection and encouragement for Hochman.

This is not the first time Hochman has faced international scrutiny; a few months earlier, he was detained for six hours at Toronto airport before a planned performance for the local Jewish community. The detention followed a complaint by the anti-Israel group Hind Rajab Foundation, which accused him of inciting content during the Gaza conflict. The intervention of Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar and the Israeli consul in Canada led to his release.
