Manor Evergreen Acquires 24.6% Stake in ORD Control Systems for NIS 50 Million

Manor Evergreen investment fund has purchased a 24.6% stake in ORD Control Systems through a NIS 50 million investment. The acquisition was made at a share price of 164.5 agorot, approximately 10% below the current stock market price, which had risen 35% in less than a month. According to ORD's stock exchange report, Manor Evergreen also received an option to invest an additional NIS 20 million over two years at the current share price of 183 agorot. If exercised, this option would increase Manor Evergreen's ownership to 30.7% of the company.

ORD specializes in engineering, installation, and control systems for safety, security, and solar energy projects. The company is currently controlled by Udi Dor, who holds 45% of the shares but will be diluted to about 33% following this investment. ORD reported revenues of NIS 202 million and a net profit of NIS 15 million for 2025.

Manor Evergreen is managed by Avi Orel, Yuval Zeira, and Lilach Katz. To date, the fund has raised over NIS 1.5 billion, investing in several companies including Synergy and RP Capital, with successful exits already completed.
