Iran's Revolutionary Guards Attack Former US Base at Syria-Jordan-Iraq Border

The Iranian Revolutionary Guards announced a surprise attack on the Special Operations Command center located in the Al-Tanf area of Syria. This strike was declared as retaliation for the deaths of Iranian soldiers. The targeted site is a former American military base situated at the tri-border region of Syria, Jordan, and Iraq. The base was handed over to the Syrian government a few months ago following the US withdrawal from Syrian bases.
