Coca-Cola Unveils Giant World Cup Trophy Sculpture at Tel Aviv Event
Coca-Cola hosted a special World Cup 360 event at Charles Clore Garden in Tel Aviv, featuring a massive 4.5-meter-tall sculpture of the FIFA World Cup trophy made from thousands of Coca-Cola cans. The cans were decorated with the flags of the national teams participating in the tournament. Influencers Taylor Malkov, Gal Tammam, and singer Inbal Raz attended the event, which is part of Coca-Cola's activities around the World Cup matches and will remain open during the semifinals and final.
The trio engaged in guessing how many cans were used to build the sculpture, with Raz estimating about 2,000 cans and Malkov suggesting between 2,500 and 3,000. Malkov enthusiastically called the cans "the most beautiful Coca-Cola cans ever made," while Raz described the installation as "a work of art."
Malkov and Tammam had recently returned from New York, where they traveled with the Coca-Cola team to watch World Cup games up close. Despite the long flight, Malkov said the jet lag was behind her and described the trip as "a dream journey." She highlighted the emotional experience of seeing fans cry and feeling the intensity in the stands, which made the games unforgettable. Tammam also expressed excitement about the "crazy" football atmosphere and the proximity to players and fans.
When asked if she regretted not joining the trip, Raz admitted it was a sensitive topic and hinted at plans for future trips. The event combined fan engagement with a striking visual tribute to the World Cup, reinforcing Coca-Cola's connection to the global football celebration.
