Lev Leviev's Family Drops Criminal Charges Against 'Tinder Swindler' Simon Leviev
The family of billionaire businessman Lev Leviev has agreed to withdraw all criminal charges against Simon Leviev, previously known as Shimon Yehuda Hayut, who was dubbed the "Tinder Swindler." The agreement was submitted for approval to the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court. Leviev's family had accused Simon Leviev of impersonating Lev Leviev's son both in Israel and internationally for an extended period. Initially, the court ruled that the alleged offenses occurred outside Israel and that the Israeli courts lacked jurisdiction. Following this, Leviev's family jointly requested to retract the criminal complaint.
