Elad Zamir Leaves Communications Ministry to Run for Likud's Negev District Seat

Elad Zamir, the chief of staff to Communications Minister Shlomo Karhi, is stepping down from his role at the Ministry of Communications after more than three years. Zamir, aged 40, has announced his intention to run for the Likud party seat representing the Negev district. A resident of Netivot and native of Beersheba, Zamir holds a bachelor's degree in political science and communications from Ashkelon Academic College and a master's degree in American Judaism from the University of Haifa. Upon his departure, he expressed gratitude to Minister Karhi for the trust and opportunity to contribute professionally and impactfully on behalf of Israeli citizens.
