Model Yael Shalvia Reveals Physical Toll of Stress and Frequent Travel Amid Intense Career and Relationship

Israeli model Yael Shalvia recently opened up about the physical and emotional challenges she has faced due to her demanding lifestyle. In an Instagram Q&A session, Shalvia revealed that the combination of frequent flights and stress has taken a toll on her body, triggering an acne outbreak that began about a month ago. She described this as the first time she has experienced such a condition since she was 17 years old, prompting her to learn how to better care for her skin.

Shalvia attributed the strain to balancing her intense career with her relationship with Jewish Formula 1 driver Lance Stroll. She explained that she has been "living from suitcase to suitcase," leaving little time for rest. Despite the challenges, she expressed gratitude daily, saying, "I thank and bless everything every morning, thank God."

Additionally, Shalvia shared a personal update about moving into a new apartment where she installed a mezuzah, reflecting a meaningful change in her life. Regarding her life priorities, she emphasized the importance of "enjoying the journey with the people you love and God."

Shalvia and Stroll initially met through mutual friends and were publicly seen together on vacations, but their busy schedules led to a brief breakup. They rekindled their relationship earlier this year and have since confirmed their status by sharing couple photos on social media.
