Israeli Premier League Season 26/27 Season Ticket Sales Show Strong Early Demand
Nearly two months before the start of the 26/27 Israeli Premier League season, tens of thousands of fans have already renewed or purchased season tickets for their teams. While not all clubs have opened ticket sales yet, those that have report impressive numbers. Beitar Jerusalem leads with around 13,000 renewals just eight days after opening renewals, even before general public sales began. Maccabi Tel Aviv follows with 17,000 renewals, though it is not selling new tickets. Hapoel Be'er Sheva has sold out with 12,600 season tickets renewed or purchased. Hapoel Tel Aviv and Maccabi Haifa have also seen strong sales, with 12,500 and approximately 12,000 renewals respectively, though Maccabi Haifa has only opened renewals to existing holders so far.
Other clubs like Hapoel Petah Tikva have sold over 2,200 tickets to association members, with public sales opening soon. Hapoel Jerusalem has about 900 renewals, and Maccabi Petah Tikva and Hapoel Haifa have sold 150 and 800 tickets respectively, with Hapoel Haifa planning an open sales day soon. Several teams, including Maccabi Netanya, Ironi Kiryat Shmona, Bnei Sakhnin, and Hapoel Ramat Gan, have yet to start season ticket sales. No data is currently available for Ironi Tiberias. The league is set to return in about two months, with fan enthusiasm already high based on these early sales figures.
