Ariel Segal, a presenter on Channel 14's YouTube and radio 103fm, commented on Cristiano Ronaldo's exit from the World Cup during a broadcast on Tuesday. Segal expressed sadness over not seeing Ronaldo in future World Cups, noting that Lionel Messi remains more significant in the tournament. He added that Ronaldo's age showed during the match, observing that in the last 30 minutes, Ronaldo barely moved.

Ronaldo, 41, announced his departure from World Cup competition after Portugal was eliminated in the round of 16 following a 1-0 loss to Spain in Texas. Spanish player Mikel Merino scored the winning goal in the first minute of stoppage time, sending Spain to the quarterfinals at Portugal's expense.
