Police forces arrested an attempt to carry out a significant drug deal in Beersheba. Two suspects, residents of Harish and Beersheba, were arrested after kilograms of cannabis and hashish, ecstasy pills, a drug known as doza, and hashish cookies were found in their possession.
Two suspects were arrested yesterday, Wednesday, in Beersheba after commercial quantities of dangerous drugs of various types were found in their possession. The arrests were carried out as part of an investigation conducted following intelligence information, which raised suspicion that a resident of Harish in her 30s was involved in distributing drugs in the south.

Officers tracked the suspect’s movements, and after a deal carried out in Beersheba, arrested her together with another woman, a Beersheba resident in her 20s, suspected of purchasing the drugs. A search of the suspect’s vehicle uncovered about one kilogram of cannabis, about 135 grams of hashish, a substance suspected to be the drug known as doza, four ecstasy pills, and about 488 grams of cookies containing hashish. In addition, 10 electronic cigarettes, three bottles of oil containing cannabis, and NIS 1,600 in cash were seized. A search of the second suspect found about 38 grams of cannabis.
