Angry Bull Interrupts Cricket Match in Newcastle, Chases Players Off Field

The incident occurred during a game between the teams Brancepeth and Hetton Lyons. Video footage captured the bull chasing players and the umpire, forcing them to flee the pitch for safety.

The bull's owner arrived at the scene and attempted to coax the animal off the field, but the bull refused to leave. Due to the bull's persistent presence, officials decided to stop the match. Durham Police later confirmed that the bull was safely returned to its enclosure from which it had escaped.
