Residents Trapped in Building Hit by Russian Missile Strike in Kyiv

Residents are trapped inside a building struck during a Russian missile attack on Kyiv. Vitali Klitschko, the mayor of Kyiv, reported that people are trapped between the seventh and ninth floors of the damaged building. Rescue efforts are presumably underway as the situation develops.
