Fashion Influencer Sapir Abisror Reveals Pregnancy Depression and Welcomes Third Son
A month after giving birth to her third son, Sial, fashion influencer and designer Sapir Abisror opened up about experiencing depression during her recent pregnancy. In an interview with mako, she shared that this pregnancy was more challenging than her previous ones, leading her to openly discuss her struggles despite the public scrutiny she faced. Abisror noted that while she is used to receiving love and support, the increased media coverage led to criticism, with some labeling her as overly complaining throughout the nine months.
Abisror also reflected on the birth experience, humorously mentioning that she was already smoking in the hospital's smoking area the day after delivery. Regarding the baby's gender, she expressed no disappointment, emphasizing that a healthy child is the greatest blessing. She explained the significance of the name Sial, which connects with her older sons' names, San and Moon, symbolizing light in different languages.
Despite the demands of motherhood, Abisror quickly returned to work, launching a pop-up store for her new swimwear collection, AVISROR’S TOUCH SAPIR, at the Ramat Aviv mall. She recalled how she and her husband, Lior Dabach, used to sell items during their military service with little success, highlighting how far they have come. Abisror also discussed her fitness goals post-pregnancy, focusing on regaining strength and health rather than just weight loss.
The interview sheds light on the realities behind the influencer's public image, revealing her vulnerability and determination to balance family life with career ambitions.
