Man in His 50s Found Shot Dead in Car in Northern Israel Amid Rising Violence

A man in his 50s was found shot to death inside his car in Dir Hana, located in the Lower Galilee region of northern Israel, early on July 5, 2026. Emergency medical teams arrived at the scene but were forced to declare the man dead due to severe penetrating injuries. Paramedic Nazia Salih described the victim as unconscious with serious wounds upon their arrival.

The police have launched an investigation into the shooting, which they have classified as a criminal incident.
