Houthi Military Spokesman Threatens Attacks on Saudi Airports Over Ongoing Blockade
Yahya Saree, the military spokesman for the Houthi movement in Yemen, issued a warning that Yemen will target Saudi airports and vital interests if the Saudi-American blockade on Yemeni territory continues. Saree claimed that Saudi fighter jets attempted to prevent the landing of an Iranian passenger plane at Sanaa airport earlier today but failed. He stated that cooperation with Iran successfully broke the blockade. Saree declared, "If Saudi Arabia violates Yemeni airspace again, it will be attacked." He also expressed gratitude to Iran for initiating the breaking of the blockade.
