13-Year-Old Boy Critically Injured After Falling From Horse in Western Galilee

A 13-year-old boy was seriously injured after falling from a horse near Shatula in the Western Galilee. Emergency medical teams from Magen David Adom transported him to the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya. The boy sustained a head injury and is currently in critical condition.
