LeBron, who recently parted ways with the Los Angeles Lakers, is now the most sought-after free agent in the league. At 42 years old, the four-time NBA champion is aiming to compete for a fifth title, and the Knicks see him as a potential key addition alongside star guard Jalen Brunson.

New York is among several teams pursuing LeBron, with favorites including Golden State Warriors, Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat, and Philadelphia 76ers, the latter having recently acquired Jalen Brown to bolster their championship hopes.
