The video parodies pharmaceutical commercials and features digitally altered images and voices of well-known Hollywood actors and media personalities who are known critics of Trump. Among those portrayed as patients suffering from this made-up syndrome are Rosie O'Donnell, John Leguizamo, Whoopi Goldberg, Edward Norton, Robert De Niro, and Julia Roberts.

In the video, Trump offers a humorous "treatment plan" for the disorder, which includes turning off news channels, saying a prayer, and drinking Diet Coke whenever feelings of anxiety arise. The video mocks his detractors by suggesting they are afflicted with this serious condition and need his prescribed remedies.
