Eliyahu accused Alon of being responsible for the deaths on October 7, attributing it to Alon's approach that prioritized the terrorists' position "on the fence."
Eliyahu responded to Alon's claim that the political leadership refused earlier and more comprehensive prisoner exchanges to achieve a so-called "complete victory," which Alon described as false.
