Emmanuel Sharp Signs Multi-Year NBA Deal with Sacramento Kings
Emmanuel Sharp, the 22-year-old Israeli guard and son of Derek Sharp, officially signed a multi-year contract with the Sacramento Kings on July 2, 2026. Sharp was selected 45th overall in the recent NBA draft and will join the Kings for the 2026/27 season. The contract spans three years with a total value of $6.35 million, including guaranteed salaries for the first two seasons, while the third year remains non-guaranteed.
Sharp becomes the fourth Israeli player set to compete in the NBA next season, joining Deni Avdija of the Portland Trail Blazers, Ben Sharf and Danny Wolf of the Brooklyn Nets. Additionally, Ajay Jones, who was picked 54th by the Golden State Warriors, may also join this group of Israeli players in the league.
