Three Injured in Truck Collision on Highway 65 Near Masad, Two in Moderate Condition
A serious traffic accident occurred on Tuesday morning on Highway 65 near the settlement of Masad in the Lower Galilee, involving a collision between two trucks. The incident was reported to Magen David Adom (MDA) emergency services at 07:47, prompting a rapid response by paramedics and medical teams.
Three injured individuals were rescued from the vehicles and received life-saving medical treatment at the scene. Among the injured were a 27-year-old man and a 43-year-old man, both in moderate condition with severe head and limb injuries. A third victim sustained minor injuries.
Following initial treatment, the injured were transported by MDA ambulances and intensive care units to hospitals in northern Israel. The two moderately injured patients were taken to Poriya Medical Center in Tiberias and Rambam Hospital in Haifa for further care, while the lightly injured patient also received hospital treatment.
